Who Do I Work With?
I primarily work with perinatal and neurodivergent adult women — especially mothers — who feel chronically overwhelmed, burnt out, or stretched thin from years of overfunctioning.
Many of my clients are navigating pregnancy, postpartum life, or later stages of parenting while trying to function well without masking, self-abandonment, or constant overextension.
Who Tends to Reach Out Most?
Most people who reach out to me are neurodivergent mothers of babies, young children, teens, or adult children.
They are often thoughtful, capable, and deeply dedicated moms. They have spent years carrying more than their share at school, work, and in their families. By the time they contact me, they’re commonly experiencing burnout, anxiety, relationship strain, grief, or a growing sense that something needs to change in order to create a sustainable and fulfilling family life.
