Feel Calm and More In Control
Learn ADHD-friendly routines and strategies that actually stick, so you’re not always playing catch-up. You’ll finally feel like you’ve got a handle on life (instead of the other way around).

Parent with confidence
Get support that helps you show up as the calm, present mom you want to be. No more second-guessing every decision—you’ll feel solid in how you parent, even on tough days.

Create Space for Yourself Again
You’ll carve out time for your own hobbies and goals. You will learn self-care without the guilt. Because when you feel good, everything else gets easier including conquering your to-do list.
Are you tired, overwhelmed and pushing to get through each day?
Do You Feel like you are always lagging behind?
You love your kids—but this is HARD. Between managing work, home, relationships, and your own mental health, it feels like life is always one step ahead of you. You’re juggling a million things and still feel like you’re dropping the ball.
Some days it feels like you’re just treading water. Other days, like you’re sinking. Your brain is constantly on overload—forgetting appointments, losing track of time, snapping at the people you love most. Then the guilt hits. And the shame. And the feeling that you should be doing better.
You’ve probably managed your ADHD before—maybe even felt like you had it under control. But motherhood is a whole different game. New routines, new stress, new expectations. And with every new challenge, your old strategies stop working.
Maybe your house is a mess. Maybe your thoughts are too. You feel like you’re always reacting, never ahead. And worst of all? You wonder if you’re messing up your kids. Especially if they have ADHD too. How can you help them when you can’t even help yourself?
You’re not lazy. You’re not failing. You’re just burned out and unsupported. ADHD doesn’t go away just because you became a mom—and trying to “power through” only leaves you more exhausted.
It’s not supposed to be this hard. And you don’t have to keep doing it without help.

You Can Live Your Life With Confidence
With the right therapy, life can start to feel manageable again. You’ll feel more grounded, more capable, and more confident—not just as a mom, but as a whole person. And best of all? Your kids will feel it too. When you thrive, so does your family.
No more walking this road alone. We’ll work together to build real confidence, reconnect with the people who matter most, and create relationships that actually feel good. You’ll start to understand yourself better—and trust in your ability to handle whatever comes your way.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. You’ll learn how to bounce back from tough days, face challenges with new tools, and finally feel like you’re on a path that makes sense for you.
Let’s Get You Back in the Driver’s Seat
I see how hard you’re trying. You’ve read the books, tried the planners, pushed through the chaos—but ADHD in motherhood is a whole different beast. And it’s not your fault things still feel hard. You just need the right kind of support—one that actually works with how your brain is wired.
As someone who lives with ADHD and has spent over 25 years helping clients navigate it, I get it. This isn’t about “trying harder”—it’s about finding strategies that fit your life and make sense for your brain. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, create tools that work for you, and make space for the version of you that feels calm, confident, and in control.
You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore.

Margot A. Holloman, PhD, Licensed Psychologist
“I don’t just teach ADHD strategies—I live them. As someone with ADHD raising a child with ADHD, I know firsthand how tough it can be. And after 25+ years of working with ADHD clients, I also know what works. You don’t have to figure this out alone—I’m here to help.”
“I believe ADHD brains are meant to be just how they are—it’s a different way of thinking and feeling, full of strengths that deserve to be recognized. When we work with ADHD instead of against it, we unlock our full potential.

Feel Sure of Yourself and Your Future
Therapy isn’t just about managing ADHD—it’s about helping you feel like your whole self again. Together, we’ll work through what’s been holding you back so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
Motherhood can bring up a lot—especially if your own experience growing up left gaps. If you didn’t have the kind of support you needed, it’s no wonder you sometimes feel unprepared. Therapy gives you the space to heal those old wounds and finally feel like the mom you want to be.
We’ll use tools like CBT to help with ADHD, and go deeper with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal work to strengthen your relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.
You’ll learn how to move through pain without staying stuck in it. You’ll build resilience, feel more empowered in your choices, and find your voice. And most of all, you’ll feel proud of who you are—as a mom, a partner, a friend, and a woman.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I see you online? Is it better to see a Therapist in person?
Research has shown online therapy to be comparable to in-person therapy. Both are effective treatments. Most of my clients like online therapy better than in person for the following reasons
1) Convenience
2) Flexibility
3) Easier access to specialists
4) Affordability (therapists can charge less when they have less overhead).
What other types of feelings do you see ADHD Mothers struggling with?
ADHD mothers are often hard on themselves and self-critical. They tend to struggle with feelings of guilt and shame. They are often on a quest to feel “good enough.” Some experience fear and worry that they know is excessive, but they can only rid themselves of these worries for short periods.. In therapy, I will help you with all of these feelings and more.
Can therapy help with my relationships?
Yes absolutely, when you feel better about yourself, your relationships will improve too. Better management of your symptoms will also help you and your partner get along better. Therapy helps your relationships, and helps your partner understand and empathize better. For example, You may feel like your partner does not understand the mental load you are carrying or see all of the” invisible” tasks and mental work you put into keeping your family running. Therapy can help with all of these issues.
How Will You help me parent my adhd child?
I saw kids and teens with ADHD for over 20 years. I found that I was much more effective working with them when I spent considerable time with their parents teaching them how to parent an ADHD child. I am also a parent to an ADHD child myself.
