Why should I see you online? Is it better to see a Therapist in person?

What other types of feelings do you see Mothers with ADHD struggling with?

ADHD mothers are often hard on themselves and self-critical. They tend to struggle with feelings of guilt and shame. They are often on a quest to feel “good enough.” Some experience fear and worry that they know is excessive, but they can only rid themselves of these worries for short periods.. In therapy, I will help you with all of these feelings and more.

Can therapy help with my relationships?

Yes absolutely, when you feel better about yourself, your relationships will improve too. Better management of your symptoms will also help you and your partner get along better. Therapy helps your relationships, and helps your partner understand and empathize better. For example, You may feel like your partner does not understand the mental load you are carrying or see all of the” invisible” tasks and mental work you put into keeping your family running.
